Purpose of Role:


The
Recruitment Administrator is part of the Talent Acquisition function and provides important support to your Delivery Team and Account Manager.


Day to day responsibilities:

  • Dive into the world of headhunting, using your insights and innovative tools to identify potential stars for our clients.
  • Posting and reviewing your job adverts on multiple platforms.
  • Provide administration support in all facets of the business.

Who we think would be a great fit:

  • You DON'T have previous experience in Recruitment

  • You like working with people (Tourism or customer service is GREAT experience)
  • High levels of hunger, urgency, curiosity, eyefordetail and resilience
