Plan, coordinate, and execute the dispatch of medical goods and parcels.

  • Schedule and monitor delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Utilize dispatch management software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of items for dispatch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatched items promptly and professionally.
  • Generate regular reports on dispatch activities, delivery performance, and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain and update the dispatch database with relevant information.
