Scanning and Indexing Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Scanning of all bar-coded Identity numbers for validity.
- Verifying for correct Business Units.
- Scanning of all claims documents onto Oculus document management system.
- Indexing of all claims documents with the correct indexing fields (as per workflow system)
- Ensuring that all documents are correctly appended and associated with each Workflow case.
- Sorting and filing of all scanned documents in pigeonholes for various Business Units to collect.
- Dealing with internal and external customers queries.
- Scan returns and relevant documents.
- Prepare courier bag of documents for company Head Office.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Computer literate - Type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- Good Attendance and reliability.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Capturing and or Typing

Remuneration:
