What will you do?

A Senior role, reporting into the IT Executive: Business Delivery. As the Head of Business Architecture, you will lead the function to support the alignment of business strategies with technical strategies.

You will help build an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

You will lead the capture of business processes and customer journeys in the enterprise tooling to develop strong business architecture that supports the overall enterprise architecture.

What will make you successful in this role?
Enabling the delivery of the business process management lifecycle and streamlining processes to improve customer outcomes and reduce costs.

  • Making sure that architectural standards, productspecific guidelines and usability design standards are adhered to.
  • Leading a team of business architects to deliver the agreed strategic outcomes
  • Brings in outward trends to influence business.
  • Multiple experience in fluid environments delivering complex solutions in Agile and iterative delivery models.
  • Providing technology guidance through technology architecture helping resolve issues such as reducing complexity, simplifying the underlying technologies and guiding development decisions.
  • Experience is leading the designing strategic architecture, roadmap and transition states addressing business, technology, and people aspects.
  • Ability to drive and enforce continuity; traceability of information across diverse stakeholders throughout the transformation stages and therefore delivering fit for purpose solutions in line with strategic objectives.
  • Continuous learning to remain up to date and informed of the latest trends.
