The Senior Manager, Technical Architecture plays a key role in overseeing a skilled Technical Architecture team and contributing to the execution of strategic plans and goals for the department. They manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient functioning by planning and allocating necessary resources.
Ensuring that their Technical Architecture teams possess the essential skills, knowledge, and proficiency to develop solutions that align with clients' overall business needs.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Effectively oversee Technical Architecture teams while adhering to Human Resources guidelines. This involves recruiting team members, defining team objectives, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Manage the realization of vision, objectives, and success metrics for the Technical Architecture teams, considering the current team maturity and skills
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members
  • Act as an expert and decision-maker in designing and constructing complex client solutions
  • Supervise operational goals for the Technical Architecture team
  • Lead the team in successful implementation and execution of system solutions
  • Assist in developing solution/technical architectures for complex business, infrastructure, or functional areas
  • Offer necessary guidance and support for pre-sales technical activities by evaluating client needs alongside their existing infrastructure, technology, and business challenges
  • Comprehend, influence, and devise organizational structures, capabilities, processes, and operational models
  • Contribute to crafting long-term strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment between Technical Architecture objectives and the business' long-range goals
  • Evaluate the impact of Technical Architecture team efforts and present findings to business stakeholders to gain support and necessary funding
  • Engage in vendor and supplier management to fulfill our business goals
  • Possession of relevant industry and vendor certifications is advantageous, particularly in Cisco, HPE Aruba, Infoblox & F5
