Regional Office Administrator:


Responsible for the provision of smooth and efficient office services by implementing administrative procedures; providing administrative support to the regional office staff; assisting the District Manager in matters related to the office building; managing petty cash and submitting petty cash reconciliations to the District Manager; maintains a professional company image; is the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and vendors and managing the activities of the Cleaners.


Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area at all times.
  • Welcome and host all guests promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange boardrooms.
  • Assist in the planning of office events including catering requirements, venues, IT equipment and logístical requirements.
  • Make travel and accommodation bookings for regional staff.
  • Monitor the use and levels of office supplies and follow the approved procedures to replenish supplies.
  • Maintain an effective filing system of all regional office documents on Egnyte.
  • Manage and monitor petty cash.
  • Complete and submit petty cash recons according to standard operating procedure.
  • Attend to weekly reporting requirements.
  • Manage the activities of the Cleaners.
  • Ensure building inspections are completed, identify and report maintenance issues to the District Manager and the relevant department.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration.
years' experience in Office Administration and Support.

  • Driver's license and own transport.

Skills and Experience:

  • Exhibit strong communication skills both verbal and written, essential for working with other employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong timemanagement, planning and organisation skills.
  • Is detail oriented.
  • Excellent computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead and work well with others.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
