  • Deadline driven and ability to work under extreme pressure
  • Focused with excellent attention to detail
  • A second language would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Complete internal documentations and movements for all new temporary employees and submit to Head Office
  • Responsible for the visitors register, as well as the weekly and monthly staff attendance register
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding for all new employees in line with the onboarding practice and within agreed timelines
  • Maintain assets database and ensure that assets in the office are properly managed
  • Assist with the appointment and induction of internal temporary or permanent employees
  • Manage the petty cash account
  • Maintain the office and recruitment filing system
  • Supervise the Office Assistant
  • Plan and coordinate staff events and teambuilding activities
  • Assist with reporting and data administration
  • Assist management with the preparation of presentations and any research as and when required
  • Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of the reception desk and visitor waiting areas
  • Manage and prioritise the day to day operations for reception
  • Take accurate and detailed messages when required and immediately relay the communication to the intended recipient
  • Making sure the reception area and boardrooms are always presentable
  • Support the recruitment process by performing administrative tasks and utilising the recruitment system
  • Ensuring that all recruitment forms are up to date and in order
  • Aid with the typing of CV's in line with the Company's best practice and approved format
  • Schedule and manage all preemployment checks with the relevant vendors and provide feedback to the responsible recruiter
  • Assist in coordinating onsite client interviews, assessments and training sessions
  • Capture and maintain the vacancy management data on the relevant system and ensure that data quality and integrity standards are adhered to
  • Assist in coordinating and hosting recruitment drives, job expos etc.
  • Take ownership and accountability to ensure the work volumes are maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the recruitment objectives are delivered
  • Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
