Requirements:

  • Assisting with the smooth and effective functioning of thepractice
  • Ensure a presentable reception area
  • Diary management and patient bookings
  • Medical aid liaison
  • Preparation of patient files and administrative duties
  • Registration of new patients on the practice system software namely Vericlaim
  • Cash and credit card payments and receipting thereof
  • Explaining the practice admin and billing policies, quotations and managementof cash / credit card transactions and receipting thereof
  • Patient liaison
  • Efficient communication with health care professionals and other medicalpractices
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of the practice e.g. receptionarea / dressing rooM/Filing area / laundry service etc.

Qualification:

  • Atleast 5 years experience in a similar medical receptionistposition
  • Vericlaim experience essential

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 12h00 17h00 with overtime as an when required
