About the role:


Reporting to the Founder, the SEO & Venue page administrator will be responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of our venue pages and their supporting content.

At Tally workspace we work with 1,000s of workspaces across the world and we need to ensure the content and information we are sharing about these workspaces is as relevant and up-to-date as possible.


The SEO & Venue page administrator will be highly process-driven and have a track record of delivering strong traction in SEO with a B2B audience in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

Venue page Administration

  • Responsible for ownership and improvements to the office space and coworking pages across our website (we have 1,000s). Ensuring these have high quality, useful content but are also optimised for SEO.
  • Responsible for reaching out and following up with venues to ensure you have accurate and informative information, as well as ensuring that signed up to our terms and conditions.
  • Confident writing copy and making improvements to webpages.
  • Research and refinement of pages to optimise for usability, usefulness and SEO.

SEO

  • Creation and research for detailed longform content pieces.
  • Clear tracking and reporting on SEO performance which informs future focus areas.
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Distribution, and measurement as well as understanding SEO best practices across various digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content to enlighten audiences and promote brandfocused messages.
  • Responsible for the management and creation of content to improve both the number of users landing on our website as well as the conversion of these users to MQLs.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure content deliverables are of high detail and quality.

Skills and Background

  • Great grasp of English and enjoys being creative with words.
  • Experience in SEO should be confident in development and execution of an SEO/Content plan.
  • You possess knowledge of SEO, search of voice (SOV) analysis, content categorisation and structure, content development,
  • You have a strong data, process and analytical skillset, as well as a naturally strategic mind and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise.
  • Confident working with excel/googlesheets to reformat data.
  • You will be growthobsessed, willing to work at a fast pace and love the challenge of constantly iterating and improving on our growth strategy.
  • A perfectionist, you make sure that every piece of content and every page on the site is full optimised and perfect
  • Comfortable with social platform reporting and stats delivery.
  • You will be confident in executing a plan and be able to work at speed.
  • You will be handson and not be afraid to challenge how things are done.
