Concierge Agent
We are seeking a motivated, Detail oriented individual to join our company as a
Concierge. You will be required to service customer Travel and Accommodation requests in a timeous and professional manner.

Source quotes as per the Customer requirements, communicate such to Client and make relevant bookings

The role operates during business hours Monday

  • Saturday and is based in Umhlanga.
Strong communication and customer service Skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various suppliers on booking request and confirmations
  • Communicate with Clients on Requests received and progress updates
  • Communicate quotes sourced and do bookings as requested by clients
  • Send relevant confirmation of such to clients
  • Execute relevant administration and reporting
  • Ensure relevant teamwork per role requirements
Qualification

  • Min qualification post grade 12 Diploma
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver customer request timeously
  • Highly proficient in English and at least one other language
  • Min 2 years' experience handling reservations [central reservations desk experience is a plus]

Salary:
From R4500 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
