Job Description:

What you will do:


You will be managing outputs of other team members and suppliers, for example blogs and social, review and guidance will be required; or PR agency to write 3 x articles per month, briefing and review required, etc.


The role will also entail working closely with the client and the brand team, designers, content creators, the business development team, the hubs/IP team, the partnerships team, social media agency, copywriters, PR, and executives, to ensure all research and marketing and content/research projects are in alignment with the core strategic goals of the business.

Under the direction of the COO, the content lead is responsible for overseeing the company content and marketing efforts.

This includes conceptualizing and/or writing and/or editing/proofing key products:

The content lead will be responsible for managing the following products:

  • YES podcast: This requires a high level of attention to detail and personal engagement.
  • The content lead will review and contribute to the annual report.
  • Blogs: The content lead will be involved in creating engaging and interactive blog content.
  • Top 35 under 35 campaign: This campaign requires a high level of personal engagement and interaction.
  • The content lead will be involved in briefings and reviews of press releases.
  • Thought leadership articles: The content lead will be responsible for briefings and reviews of thought leadership articles.
  • Researchrelated outputs: The content lead will be heavily involved in writing outputs based on research.
  • The content lead will play a significant role in high touch reporting for various stakeholders.
  • Videos (both shoots and informational slideshows): The content lead will review and provide briefings for video content creation.
  • Webinars: The content lead will provide support to the head of the client in developing webinar content.
  • Social media posts: The content lead will review and provide briefings for social media posts.
  • The content lead will have a handson approach to creating and maintaining highquality website copy.
  • You will also be responsible for hightouch creation and coordination of various marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • A journalism degree is preferred for this position.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills are required.
  • Experience in B2B economic writing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • A strong desire to stay ahead of the curve in content marketing trends and best practices.
