ABOUT THE ROLE
As our corporate training director, you play a pivotal role in reshaping our training function
to address the dynamic needs of the corporate world. This role demands a strategic leader with a
deep understanding of data, advanced analytics and AI, combined with proven experience in change management and the deployment of technology solutions across diverse clients and domains.
You will be responsible for reimagining and redesigning our corporate training blueprint to offer tiered training solutions: from executive workshops and manager-level training to technical upskilling programs for existing and new talent pipelines.
This role is critical in forging robust, long-term partnerships with enterprise companies, to align our training interventions with their strategic goals, managing accreditation processes, and facilitating impactful internship projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will architect and execute a
_comprehensive corporate training strategy_ that aligns with our mission to upskill and reskill the workforce of today for the demands of tomorrow.
You will spearhead the overhaul of our corporate training function to develop a suite of training solutions that include executive workshops, manager-level training, and technical upskilling programs.
