We are looking for an experienced operations executive to join our team at Lightbulb Edtech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all processes.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and policies to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and monitor progress towards business goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Has the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Edtech industry is a plus.
