Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management Office:


Task and Process Management and Co-ordination - Evaluate efficiency of and drive existing processes by monitoring, updating and assigning tasks.

May require the implementation of new processes.

WIP (Work in progress) management - Long-term projects requiring milestone management and overseeing of progress. May require collaboration with employees and external service providers.

Reporting of various WIP processes / Dashboards timeously, neatly, correctly formatted and with the relevant feedback.

Updating the Practice Owner and liaising with CSO (Company Secretarial Office) regarding the Practice Owner's action lists.

Office Management (event and birthday planning)

Deadline Management

Compile/update an activity calendar for the different deadlines based on different activity levels

Reporting of various WIP processes / Dashboards timeously, neatly, correctly formatted and with the relevant feedback.

Updating the Practice Owner and liaising with CSO (Company Secretarial Office) regarding the Practice Owner's action lists.

Secretarial Duties:
Scanning and renaming documents

Stationery management

Filing and archiving

Office organization

Purchasing office supplies

Liaising with clients and building strong internal relationships
