Professional Nursing qualification with Community or Primary Health Nursing is essential.

It is an advantage if you have:
Psychiatric nursing experience, or Occupational Health nursing experience or Nurse case manager experience in managed healthcare organisation.


Certified qualifications with recognised professional bodies and an ability to interview, assess and refer a broad range of absenteeism and health issues seen in an Employee Wellbeing Programme context.

Multiple Languages will be a requirement (especially English, Zulu, Sotho, Xhosa).

Professional report writing skills in English will be a requirement.

Excellent people management and health counselling skills with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Working knowledge of IT systems and operations with adequate administrative skills - organised, efficient and self-motivated.

Ability to manage client complaints and expectations with excellent communication skills.

Ensure prompt and effective communication and relevant coordination of red flag cases including trauma and other high priority cases.

Capture all calls on the Workplace Absence Management and Health system accurately and timeously. That is, all individual calls are captured with relevant details completed accurately, as well as all relevant notes captured.

Previous experience in a healthcare call centre setting and an understanding of workplace dynamics/policies will be an added bonus.

Salary:
R20, R25,000.00 per month
