  • Each estate has a dedicated onsite Management & Maintenance team to ensure residents receive the best care, quality and value for money.

Attention to detail is critical to taking extraordinary care of these unique South African residential communities.

  • Whilst this position is based onsite, you will report directly to the Property Owners and the Properties Management team.
  • Full responsibility for all Operational matters relating to the Residential Property portfolio under your direct care.
  • Day to day liaison with tenants, service providers, contractors and property owners.
  • Building maintenance both planned and adhoc as well as emergency & day to day problem solving.
  • Ensure legal compliance, OSH act & SLA agreements as well as adhere to the companies' strict policies & procedures.
  • Management of estate cleaning, security, gardening, waste management, handyman and contractors.

We are looking for a customer facing, technically skilled Operations Manager with a proven track record in a Residential environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen and attention to detail. Your workflow will include monthly Management reports covering maintenance, costs, recoverable charges, tenant accounts, and building inspection reports.
  • Computer literate with experience on a maintenance ticketing system and MDA
