Pre-Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator - Brooklyn Homes
Brooklyn Homes are a young and dynamic project home builder in Australia. This is both an exciting and challenging role for someone who will be reporting directly to the Project Manager. We provide friendly, professional and quality service, designing and constructing first homes, investment properties and custom builds.


Brooklyn Homes are seeking a qualified Pre-Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator to report to the Project Manager This is an integral role in our construction team assisting with the pre-construction, completion and warranty phases of projects.


About the Role


You will be responsible for residential projects across Australia, from all stages of contract to commencement of construction, organising and establishing all relevant documentation and approvals required for a building approval with our in house design, engineering, consultant and certification team.

You will cohesively work with an established team providing a wealth of knowledge readily available to assist you throughout the process while gaining the necessary skills to establish complex and challenging projects for our clients and our partners.

You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and consultants including;

  • New and return clients;
  • Council Departments;
  • Geotechnical and Engineering suppliers;
  • Surveyors;
  • Draftsmen and Architects;
  • Bushfire and Flood consultants;
  • Development Consultants; and
  • Certifying authorities.

  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn & the ability to be part of a team
  • The capability to organise & prioritise tasks daily
  • The ability to identify and manage risks,
  • Strong time management and rganisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks,
  • A selfsufficient and solution focused work ethic in conjunction with a personable and friendly attitude,
  • Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, CRM, and Construction management systems including _
    Onsite Companion and Databuild_
  • The ability to provide prompt and exceptional service to all clients and suppliers,
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills,
