Workshop Service Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor and/or Costing Clerk for an unusual position within a large motor group.
This position involves managing service authorisations and claims for additional service plans sold by the group.You will be responsible for preparing authorisations which include parts pricing and labour rates, arranging payments for claims, doing basic creditors recon, handling cancellations and refunds and other ad-hoc related administration.
It is vital that you know and understands what makes up a service plan and the components for basic services and repairs.
Working knowledge of Drive, Autoline, Kerridge or similar is ESSENTIAL.Job Requirements
At least 2 years of Service Advisor/Costing or Workshop Admin experience in a franchised dealership is ESSENTIAL.
An excellent understanding of Service Plans and Service Components
Working knowledge of Autoline, Drive, Kerridge or similar
Stable work history
