Education / Professional Certification

  • Grade 1

Experience

2-3 years sales experience in the company's related market and/or demonstrated sales and marketing potential.

Primary

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relations with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory (market segment) to generate new business for the organisation.
  • Selling the company's products and services.
  • Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to achieve set budget.
  • Organising and conducting product and related training for current and potential customers, as well as participating in educational opportunities and workshops.
  • Researching sources to develop prospective customers and information to determine their potential.
  • Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparations as per the guideline limits.
  • Handling the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with the marketing, sales management, finance, logistics, and technical service teams.
  • Analysing the territory's potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organisation.
  • Creating and managing customers' value plans, highlighting their profiles and sharing value opportunities.
  • Planning and organising personal sales strategies by maximising returns and investments for the territory.
  • Continuously developing and understanding new products in order to maximise customer potential through the introduction of new products.
