The Audio Engineers responsibilities include creating, enhancing and editing sound for video productions, TVCs, radio ads, setting up equipment in studio and at live events, following client specifications, and meeting project deadlines.

The sound engineer must have excellent time management and show up on schedule for studio sessions and live events.

You Bring:
Valid Driver's License.2+ years audio experience in video and television environment.

Proven knowledge producing video and television audio at broadcast standards.3+ years' experience using Premier Pro, Audition, Pro tools or Da Vinci, amongst others.

Hands on experience with sound equipment.

A Bonus To Have:
Qualification in Audio Engineering/ Audio Technology or related.

What You'll Do For The Brand:
Communicate with department heads and understanding briefs by delivering in alignment to the production specifications.
Create rough draft mixes and final mixes with same day deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Set up equipment safely and timeously.
Test and Troubleshoot equipment regularly and replacing any faulty components.
Balance and adjust sound sources using equalization, dynamics processing and audio effects, mixing, reproduction and reinforcement of sound.
Mix audio for video and television productions.
Audio design for radio and television.
Audio recording Voice Overs, Foley, Live Events, Video Shoots and any other video productions/ live events.
Be responsible for all audio equipment purchased by the business for the department and maintenance.
Work closely with the video and animation team to ensure successful projects are delivered.
Submit daily reports to manager.
Travel to work on projects as requested by the business.
Work tight deadlines and meet deliverables.
Find solutions when faced with multiple challenges within project/s.
Ad hoc duties as required amongst others.

PC based hardware:
Hands-on experience with Audio Editing software and hardware, including Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, amongst others.
