Description and Requirements:
What you will do:
- The creation and maintenance of the working place infrastructure;
- The establishment of standards of service;
- The provision of amenities that create the working environment that supports the operating
- Needs to have experience in dealing with soft services companies;
- The preparation of annual budgets of expenditure (both Capex and Opex) for the operation
- Must be willing to travel;
- Manage all FM related requirements for the location to the end user satisfaction levels and
- Maintain EGP standards on deliverables;
- Provide at requested time all administrative support to the HQ Facilities Management team;
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required report and tasks;
- Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls;
- Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the Central Unit;
- Exposure in handling shareholders' (rent and property), facilities (clearing, civil maintenance,
- Managing all the services agreement in line with FM scope of work (services, maintenance,
- Managing all the taxes and concession matters.
Education/Qualifications
- Grade 12;
- Facility Management/Building Science Diploma or Threeyears
- At least three years' experience in a service environment, ideally in a FM environment;
- Driver's License code 08/10;
- Multiterritoriality: Job position in Sandton;
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Logistic Management (preferred).
- Exposure to the commercial property industry;
Work related Experience
- Exposure to services, maintenance, fleet, travel management;
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience;
- Exposure to the drafting and interpretation of Contracts-Ideally, service level agreements would be an advantage;
- Experience in Project Management would be highly advantageous;
- Drafting reports.
