Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Experience in SD, WMS and TMS implementations.
  • Knowledge and experience with using SAP Solman.
  • Understanding of project development lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Testing of a fully integrated solution in a SAP project.

Key Accountabilities:

Focus:

  • Lead, prepare for, and actively participate in QA and Design Authority (and other bodies e.g., Functional Design Forums, Group Design Council, Steering Committee and Project Status) activities as these relate to the portfolio.
  • Serve as a liaison (interpretation layer) between the business and the SI Project teams.
  • Ensure a quality design, well tested and well deployed solutions for the Group.
  • Identify any issues, risks, escalate to project management and own mitigating actions.
  • Validate, socialise and obtain "buyin" for business processes for Group in a SAP S4 HANA implementation.
  • Identify any business impacts on project and work with teams (e.g. change management, integration).
  • Define the archiving requirements for area of responsibility and integrate these into a holistic archiving approach for the Legacy solution and SAP solution.
  • Understand endtoend processes and identify gaps between standard SAP and critical business processes and integration requirements between SAP and existing 3rd parties that need to be met to sustain the business technical and functional.

System Processes:

  • Design technical solution with SI partner to satisfy business system requirements that support business processes.
  • Identify tasks and implement processes to comply with internal and external audit requirements in, e.g. system access (& controls), data management and solution change management.
  • Identify reporting requirements and specifications and ensure that SAP meets the requirements of key stakeholders with regards to reporting.
  • Ensure the data extracts from Legacy systems, meet the requirements of the templates used in enriching data for load process, in conjunction with Data Lead.
  • Ensure data in the load templates are complete (working with Business Data Lead and Data Stewards) and that reports are in place to validate migrated data with Business Leads (coach and train business leads to understand reports and perform efficient signoff during project lifecycle).
  • Work with Authorisations, Fiori, Functional and Change teams to define, map and validate (Authorisation) roles for processes.
  • Sign off project (and support process after service introduction) solution documents, e.g. blueprint design, functional and technical design specifications, test plans, test scripts, training material, cutover plans, etc., by SI partner.
  • Ensure integration and UAT Test scenarios for solution are complete, testing is complete, and defects are addressed.
  • Ensure training material is of adequate quality, and training provided is sufficient.
  • Provide training and coaching when and where required.
  • Ensure business cutover plan is complete and tested before actual cutover.
  • Define business continuity plan in conjunction with Business Lead and Group Functional Leads and Country Functional Leads.

Change Management:

  • Support Business Functional Leads and Project Change Management Team with Change Management activities.
  • Give input to impact assessments for system changes and replacement of solutions and own assigned activities to address these.
  • Ensure business leads are equipped with relevant information and knowledge (coach and train) to support business readiness and manage execution for golive activities.
  • Give input to role definition and mapping to business leads.

Quality Management:

  • Execute and own Unit and Integration testing of system.
  • Validate testing results from SI partner.
  • Provide test data for Integration scripts.
  • Give input to audit controls for system migration and golive.
