Step into the role of a Digital Content Administrator, the creative force at the heart of our Marketing team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be more than a content creator - you'll be a digital visionary.

Collaborating closely with our Design Team, your daily tasks will involve breathing life into our online digital presence.

From identifying content changes to updating our website and maintaining a dynamic content library, you'll be the architect of our online narrative.


Your expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce is non-negotiable, coupled with a dazzling set of design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Elementor.

Job Duties

Content Management:

  • Utilise WordPress as the primary Content Management System (CMS) to update, edit, and maintain website content.
  • Create and optimise web pages using Elementor, ensuring a visually appealing and user friendly design.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and implement content updates on the website.

eCommerce Management:

  • Maintain and update product information, images, and pricing through WooCommerce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the WooCommerce plugin.

SEO Optimization:

  • Implement basic SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of web content.
  • Collaborate with various teams to incorporate relevant keywords and constantly improve search engine rankings.

Design Skills:

  • Create visually stunning and effective web pages by leveraging design skills, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and optimise graphics, images, and multimedia elements for online use.
  • Collaborate with the design team to enhance overall website aesthetics.

Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to understand content requirements and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on content status, timelines, and potential issues.
  • Craft compelling and errorfree written content for web pages, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

Attention to Detail:
Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all digital content. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any errors, broken links, or formatting issues on the website.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate is essential
  • Diploma
and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in digital content management, with a strong focus on WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) will be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely
