Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the shop, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards at all times.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver highquality service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels and orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and financial reports
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a coffee shop or restaurant is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
