Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and followups.
  • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and client visits.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the signage industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic bookkeeping.
