Sport Club Administrator & Competition Coordinator

General Description of Position:
Conducting the administration of a sports club as well as the competitions.

Skills and Experience:
Leadership and Management skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Workplace management;
Outstanding customer service skills;
Ability to work a flexible schedule;
A minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating a sport club;
Experience in sport clay shooting, scoring and squadding an advantage;

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing multiple sports teams that make up an competition. Arranging matches and developing new programs and competitions. Liaising with different departments including marketing, events and restaurant as well as ground crew and maintenance.

Arrangements for all club activities including dinner events or parties, special events, annual meeting or conferences, receptions or social mixers to attract new club members.

Salary:
R15, R18,000.00 per month
