We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Training Facilitator to join our team in the Western Cape Region.

As a training facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs.

Job Overview:


The Freelance Training Facilitator will be responsible for conducting training sessions, maintaining accurate records, and collecting valuable feedback on the quality of training.

We are seeking an individual who is well-versed in educational techniques tailored to different roles and skill sets within the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions in the construction industry.
  • Utilize effective instructional methods and techniques to engage and educate participants.
  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, including attendance and performance data.
  • Gather feedback from trainees, instructors, and managers to assess the quality of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the training team to improve and refine training materials and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in construction and training.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a training facilitator, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various educational techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and detailoriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A passion for learning and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in training or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the specific training needs and regulations in the construction industry.
  • Experience in assessing training program effectiveness and making improvements.
  • Flexibility in terms of scheduling and location.
