  • Coordinate external training as per operational requirements
  • Provide support with Recruitment, Administration and People related projects as required based on operational requirements.

Education and Special Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 1
  • HR qualification advantageous
  • At least 4 years' experience in a training role
  • Accreditation with a SETA advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in soft skills training
  • Be an accredited facilitator, assessor and moderator (Essential)
  • SASSETA Accredited (preferable)
  • PSIRA Graded / Instructor qualified (Essential)
  • Strong administration skills essential
  • Drivers Licence (Essential)
