The position reports to the Head of Performance & Projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and maximize visibility for key product pages and categories.
  • Conduct indepth keyword research and analysis to identify highpotential opportunities and inform content strategy.
  • Audit and optimize website architecture, technical SEO elements, and onpage content for maximum search engine friendliness.
  • Build and manage a robust backlink profile through strategic linkbuilding initiatives and outreach campaigns.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics using industryleading SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, development) to implement SEO best practices and ensure holistic marketing alignment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, proactively adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Communicate SEO insights and performance data to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports.

Attributes required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mind with a datadriven approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.
  • Passion for ecommerce and deep understanding of the current online retail landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Min Bachelors Degree in (Marketing, Mathematics, or Information Systems)
  • 6 years of proven experience in ecommerce SEO, with demonstrably successful results in driving organic traffic and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Expertise in onpage optimization, technical SEO audits, and linkbuilding strategies.
