Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to guide content creation.
  • Perform website audits to identify areas of improvement.

  • Monitor and report on search metrics, including trends and SEO performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong track record of improving search rankings.
  • Familiarity with various SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and various content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.

  • Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
  • Craft press releases, media statements, articles, and other communication materials related to BPO.
  • Organize PR events to increase brand awareness and industry presence.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Stay uptodate with global BPO industry trends and market developments.
  • Handle the PR aspect of potential crisis situations and maintain the company's reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role, specifically in the global BPO industry.
  • Strong network of BPO industry media contacts and influencers.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a proven track record in crafting effective PR campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print).
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing strategies related to BPO.
