What will you do?
This is a specialist role responsible to develop, co-ordinate, maintain and implement various incentive competitions and remuneration models in line with

Retail Affluent:
SanlamConnect strategies. This includes an end-to-end process of administration, consultation/communication, planning, costing/budgeting to ensure effective implementation. What will make you successful in this role?
Data analysis of remuneration and incentives models, consistently achieving results, especially under stressful circumstances.
Sourcing and interpretation of related information, draw conclusions and recommend solutions.
Assist in the oversight of portfolio management within SanlamConnect.
Implement remuneration and incentive rules successfully through understanding the SanlamConnect strategies.

Analyse incentives and remuneration models regularly and ensure they are well designed, developed, administrated, and run effectively according to the rules and requirements.

Undertake ad-hoc queries and assignments from clients that falls outside the normal duties/responsibilities, while still meeting the normal service level agreements with clients.

Support with specialised queries and investigations from clients that falls within or outside of SanlamConnect.

Stakeholder engagements and interactions - building and maintaining interpersonal relationships with a diverse internal and external group of people to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Qualification and experience
Grade 12
Relevant B Degree and/ or related qualification preferred.
Financial Services (preferably SanlamConnect) experience.
1-3 years' experience in data analysis or working with remuneration/incentive models
Knowledge and skills
SanlamConnect's incentive and remuneration philosophy, models, policies, and processes (Basic)
SanlamConnect's business model and value chains and structures
Remuneration/Incentives modelling and design principles
Life Assurance knowledge
Basic knowledge of tax legislation and labour legislation.
Data Analysis processes and methodologies
