Senior Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment, particularly during peak periods such as the December holiday season.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including the opportunity to be placed in a seconded team leader role during peak periods.

What we're looking for:

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Completed)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience preferably within an international call center environment.
  • Minimum of 12 Months Luxury Retail experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable but not required.
