Senior Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced environment, particularly during peak periods such as the December holiday season.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including the opportunity to be placed in a seconded team leader role during peak periods.
What we're looking for:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Completed)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience preferably within an international call center environment.
- Minimum of 12 Months Luxury Retail experience.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable but not required.
