We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at a leading company in the packaging industry based in South Africa. We are currently looking for a talented Manager to join our team at the Distribution Centre located in Cape Town.

You will play a crucial role in overseeing and providing direction to our Supply Chain system, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to inquiries and orders, precise handling of administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in client interactions.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will engage with various stakeholders on a daily basis, establish robust business partnerships both upstream and downstream, and synchronize production processes with delivery requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing costs, overseeing staff, and strategizing logistics operations.

Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Minimum 4 years' working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role within Supply Chain or Logistics
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Familiarity with at least ONE ERP System
- MUST be based in Cape Town or nearby areas, or open to relocating
