JOB DESCRIPTION


An Insurance house that's changing the way insurance is done is looking for a Broker Retentions Team Manager to ensure that the Broker Retentions Team delivers and effectively retains and reinstates broker policies.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and assuming full management responsibility for your team
  • Checking and validating all work carried out in your team
  • Managing workloads
  • Managing team performance and reaching KPI's
  • Handling and responding to complaints
  • Managing recruitment needs and disciplinary matters
  • Coaching, training and developing staff regarding product, processes and procedures
  • Assisting with IT optimisation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric (Essential)
  • Full FAIS accreditation (minimum 150 FAIS credits essential)
  • RE 5 qualification (essentials)
  • At least 3 years management experience
  • At least 3 years retentions experience

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Very strong people skills
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Salary:
From R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
