The Role:

Resposibilities:

  • Provide programmatic guidance and technical assistance to strengthen project partners' data quality, analysis, and use.
  • Lead and assist with the analytical capacity building process within NGOs working in Global Fund or other donorfunded HIV programs.
  • Lead development of projectspecific training materials and its delivery to improve the culture of knowledge and information use.
  • Conduct user engagement activities such as dashboard development, data analytics, multiday trainings, oneonone desk sessions and in the development of training plans with the project team.
  • Support routine and ad hoc data analytics requests to support planning, performance management and improved service delivery within programs.
  • Gather user and stakeholder needs and feedback and communicate them proactively to our product and engineering teams.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with core and extended partners to identify synergies.
  • Identify, package and disseminate key insights to inform project partners' programs and policy decisions.
  • Identify current and potential use cases to drive impact and data use for the expansion of our deployments, including new training strategies and hypotheses.
  • Work closely with the project team to develop, capture, consolidate and report on key indicators and ensure high quality and timely reporting of monitoring data and outcomes information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, health informatics, monitoring and evaluation, information systems, data analytics or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' of experience working in HIV program implementation, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), data analysis and/or information use.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with donors and other key stakeholders working in monitoring and evaluation, program management and other roles in HIV programs.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating HIV programmatic data use to inform M&E and programmatic decisionmaking and the challenges faced.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Global Fund or other donor funded HIV programs and familiarity with their monitoring and evaluation policy and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in tools and processes for data analytics, data quality assessments, data visualization, communications, and data use.
  • Able to synthesize information and present clear and concise conclusions and recommendations for decision making.
  • Superior communication skills and are comfortable talking to a wide range of people across all levels of the organization as well as with clients.
