The Position

GrowthPros aims to further expand and grow a team in Cape Town by adding an Ambitious Strong Quality Assessor who will have the ability to advance their career within the business.

This is a permanent full-time in-office role offering an excellent salary and exceptional career prospects.

Character and personality are crucial to success in this role. Having a clear professional neutral accent is highly advantageous with prior global experience being a plus.We believe this role would be suitable for individuals from the following industries:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Assess calls from sales staff daily
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for staff and management.
  • Coach and train staff to enhance performance.
  • Ensure staff adhere to script and call compliance.
  • Enhance and refine processes daily to drive positive improvements in overall team performance.
  • Explain financial trading and concepts to individual traders post training
  • Manage incoming inquiries and support client queries promptly
  • Assist staff in Achieving/Exceeding challenging sales targets aligning with the business strategy.
  • There will be KPI's tied to the role to ensure objectives are achieved.

Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years B2C sales experience
- "Can Do" / "Winner" attitude essential with a hunger and drive to overachieve and succeed

  • 12 years Quality assessing experience.
  • The role holder will be highly self-motivated and self-directed, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of working as part of a team
  • Initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision required
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills with impeccable English required both spoken and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A demonstrable interest in finance/financial trading, whether it's forex, equities, indices, commodities, bonds, ETF's, or a combination, is a distinct advantage

Salary / Remuneration:
  • The Basic Salary ranges between R10,000-R15,000 per month based on relevant experience.
  • With commission potential within the first 3 months already.
  • With more experience, the earning potential is likely to increase significantly beyond this.
  • We're not saying this is simple - nothing great ever is, but the rewards are exceptional.
  • Commissions are unlimited, and we anticipate a new team member to start earning a commission per month swiftly, surpassing that once the team meets the required standard.
