Job Title:
Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of room inspections and cleaning schedules
  • Assist in the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a 4 or 5star hotel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with housekeeping software systems is a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
