Key Responsibilities:
As the Reservations & Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing reservations for guesthouses and apartments, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
  • Handling guest inquiries, providing information, and offering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assisting with checkins, checkouts, and providing support to guests during their stay.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Generating reports and maintaining accurate records of reservations and administrative activities.
  • Handling general office duties and providing administrative support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in reservations coordination and administration, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
