About the role


As a Channel Partner Lead, Hotspot at TooMuchWifi, your primary responsibility will be to expand our hotspot and reseller network, build and maintain professional relationships with resellers, and serve their hotspot customers.

Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will actively promote and sell the company's products and services to resellers and customers.

What you will be doing


Be the primary point of contact for resellers and other hotspot hosts with regard to reseller / hotspot host signup, customer onboarding, overall account management and customer satisfaction.


  • Identify, sign up and onboard resellers as channel partners to sell hotspot vouchers.
  • Identify, sign up and onboard resellers and other hotspot hosts.
  • Promote and sell the company's uncapped lines and other products to resellers.
  • Generate reseller leads, convert enquiries and leads into sales opportunities. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Establish and cultivate strong professional relationships with resellers and hotspot hosts to foster loyalty and trust in the company.
  • Understand reseller and hotspot host requirements and preferences by actively listening and engaging in dialogue. Determine the most suitable products and services to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide timely and appropriate solutions to customers' concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Educate resellers, hotspot hosts and their customers about the range of products and services offered by TooMuchWifi. Actively promote and upsell additional features, plans, or devices that align with customers' needs and preferences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TooMuchWifi's hotspot products, services, and pricing plans. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using company systems. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, sales activities, and market trends.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • A relevant college or university degree is an advantage but not required.
  • Solid background in Customer Service, Sales, and/ or Marketing.
  • Own car and valid driving license
  • Somali and / or Amharic language skills required
  • Good communicator.
  • Good understanding and/or previous experience in marketing, brand management, sales management, and/or customer service.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Physical demands may include, driving, walking, customer engagement, standing, and stooping.

Salary:
From R15,000.00 per month
