EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY - WEBSITE

  • Manage the exhibitor and sponsor listings on the website.
  • Connecting with all exhibitors and coordinating and collating all the info from exhibitors
  • Capturing all the info submitted onto the backend of the s websites

TRADE MARKETING

  • Manage the trade database by growing and cleaning on a regular basis (Manager to give instruction and targets per week)
  • Use the strategy guidelines to research new categories and industries and capture all relevant info on the database
  • Assist with trade research at the shows
  • Assist with the management of the actual entrances with the help from ops and marketing
  • Manage all relationships and exchanges with regards to trade association partners and media partners deliverables
  • Assist with the management of the online matchmaking system for trade delegates and exhibitors

SIDE EVENTS | 365 EVENTS | ACTIVATIONS

  • Work directly with Manager to manage all RSVP's and or communication for any side event functions, exhibitor awards functions & trade functions at each show.
  • Responsible for sourcing samples for goodie bags, arranging timeous delivery and overseeing bag packing process (should goodie bags be used)
  • Responsible for communicating with exhibitors to participate in any campaigns and competitions pre or onsite
  • Ensure all logos, descriptions, images, and content received from Exhibitors for competitions or campaigns is correct and all collateral needed to be printed prior to being on site is done timeously
  • Source and manage all retail partners to assist in marketing the show through flyer handouts or activations

PRINT & PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS

  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers on quotes for printing collateral including but not limited to:
  • Flyers (exhibitor and activation)
  • Tickets & Badges
  • Visitor Guides

SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT SUPPORT

  • Assist with rollout of content and marketing schedule on various social media platforms; Instagram | Facebook | LinkedIn | Tik Tok
  • Assist with community management on social platforms
  • Assist with content planning for various social or digital mailers and communication

ONSITE ROLES:

  • You will be requested to work additional hours from time to time to fulfil deadlines for the exhibitions
  • You will also be expected to be at the actual exhibitions for the full duration to ensure progress
  • Do monthly progress reports as requested
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary to fulfil the role of Marketing Coordinator
