MAP is searching for a
Digital
Marketing Coordinator to join the team in
Meadowview-Head Office. This role is in charge of driving above and online media campaigns by using an unified approach across all channels to ensure consistency of brand, communication and promotions were applicable.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Completed bachelor's degree or 3year Diploma in Marketing from a reputable Institution.
  • Experience with WordPress & Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Clear criminal record

Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and measure effective strategy and tactics for online marketing communications in line with the Strategic Marketing Plan and for the purposes of driving brand awareness and enrolment growth for New Initiatives programs.
  • Coordinate specific online marketing campaigns across all digital channels and in accordance with full media and marketing plans for use in a wide variety of external media. This includes a focus on the website, external digital news sites, social networks and topicspecific forums, and any other platform deemed appropriate through the annual strategic plan. Online campaigns should consider market segmentation and consumer buyer behaviour regarding information collection and sharing.
  • Coordinate all content across online and digital channels in collaboration with Marketing Communications Manager, and in line with the Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Generate, interpret, and use Google analytics reports to identify web traffic, identify content for 'stickiness' to reduce bounce rates, and engage readers as appropriate to the communication objectives of the page with a view to improving future online marketing and communication activities.
  • Create content calendars and timelines to ensure that online marketing activities effectively support and enhance traditional marketing and communication activities in a timely manner.
  • Work with the social media committee to help develop social media strategy and tactics that support marketing and communication objectives.
  • Play a proactive role in making recommendations about opportunities in the online space to manage the public profile and reputation and promote its achievements and points of differentiation.
