Operations and Customer Service Administrator
At our Head Office / Warehouse in Cape Town
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Credit request management (generate credit requests, manage queries, resolve issues)
- Online order management (capture, maintain, update, monitor, optimise system)
- Retail accounts management (manage updates, deliveries, collections, returns, and credits, resolve issues)
- Warehouse / stock maintenance support (stock counts, update and maintain batch information)
- Order capturing and verification
- Dealing with couriers handle all courierrelated inquiries and ensure timely resolution of all challenges
Basic requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) above average MS Excel skills required
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal / people skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customerfocused approach
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing satisfactory resolutions
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and online order platforms
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
- High level of attention to detail, especially in data entry and recordkeeping
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Start Date: 1 February 2024
Location:
Epping, Cape Town
Remuneration:
Basic salary according to skills and experience
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:45
