Summary

This sales position is a customer-facing role in place to drive revenue and enable BitCo to maintain its credibility as an industry leader in the ICT/ISP sector. The position requires the enterprise sales executive to act as a thought leader within the sales organisation and to directly influence existing customer Line of Business Executives and prospects to act in a manner that will benefit their experience from BitCo's solutions. The position is focused on selling to new customers across multiple industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities by researching and analysing sales options.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects by recommending solutions and providing support and guidance.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure high-quality service by adhering to organisational standards.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving agreed targets and generating new business leads.
  • Schedule and conduct 10 business meetings per week.
  • Capture and record leads on Pipedrive.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-7 years' experience in sales in a solution selling industry such as Telecommunication or ICT
