Sales Product Tender Administrator

- Grade 12
- Strong computer literacy skills and if you have Goldmine or Macola this will be advantageous
- Experience from the medical pharmaceutical retail industry
- Manage and process quotations
- Pricing and costing
- Place all orders with Procurement Officer
- Coordinate demos with sales reps
- Ensure equipment is cleaned by the warehouse each demo
- Control inventory of equipment and spare parts
- Process all orders received from customer
- Completion of tender documentation
- Monthly reporting
- Process all service / repair quotations
- Place all orders with parts with the Procurement Officer
- Follow up on outstanding orders
- Work with Quality Management System
- Assist accounts department with any general administration
- Strong multitasking skills
- Organisation is of utmost importance.
- High attention to detail
Salary:
R18, R25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Goldmine: 2 years (preferred)
