- Sending all invoices and spreadsheets to the finance department for billing
- Completing any other necessary tasks assigned by management
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Administration is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use internal Excel effectively
- Ability to provide accurate information to the appropriate individuals
