CRM & Commercial Analyst Manager Region:

**We are looking for a Regional CRM & Commercial Analytic Manager, TMEA based either in İstanbul, Türkiye or Pinetown or Johannesburg, South Africa. We are looking for someone to secure the implementation of commercial systems, tools and practices to enhance customer experience and improves sales and marketing productivity in the relevant region for Essity's Health and Medical business.
About the Role:
The CRM & CA Manager Regional will be responsible to leading, directing, and developing the respective CRM & CA organization structure, team and performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness.

- Maximize the value of launched solutions and tools (e.g. CRM, My Sales Material, Click Dimensions, GoToWebinar).
- Support CRM utilization, engagement and value for sales & marketing functions (e.g. via training and communication) as key user for designated region/countries.
- Drive consistent way of working within CRM and related processes across designated region/countries.
- Collect, align & prioritize designated region/country needs & requirements.
- Secure alignment between regional/country needs and global roadmap.
- Codevelop CRM tools & related processes as part of a crossfunctional global team
- Coordinate performance metrics, commercial reports, dashboards, and measurement programs to support development of commercial strategies and tactics for designated region/country teams.
- Contribute to the development of a datadriven performance mindset/wayofworking across Business Unit by maximizing leverage of commercial analytics.
- Development of sales services tools (e.g. for Tena solutions like TENA Check, Digital care plan) and provide internal training sessions
- Ensure that KPI development is monitored, analyzed and followed up in the relevant region and that targets are set within the scope of CRM.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards in alignment with Customer Analytics best practices.
- Secure required skills and competencies for all users to meet business needs via training and user support.
Who You Are:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Statistics or Economics
- Experience in complex Excel files; VBA, DAX and Power Query knowledge is a big plus
- Experience in PowerPoint to create simple, visually impactful presentations.
- CRM management skills (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 360)
- Experience in Power BI, SALSA, SAP (or SAP B1) is an added advantage
- Experience with Project Management techniques and best practices
- Must have experience in leading teams
