  • Assist senior management team in achieving growth, hitting sales targets, and designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expands the Company's customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
  • Commission oversight and management
  • Sales staff paid one month in arrears and to ensure all reconciled by the 15th of every month.
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarks quarterly
  • Mystery competitor shopping quarterly
  • Research and gather appropriate information on target markets to qualified leads and advise the marketing team accordingly
  • Ensure that the store brand integrity maintained and the staff act as brand ambassadors
  • Customer service monthly coaching to ensure standards upheld
  • Staff Takes pride in dress code and personal appearance
  • Oversight and support of the customer service queries per store
  • Store review and roll out management

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification, at least 3- years working at a Regional Level

Computer literacy

Excel, is essential, Possibolt, Drobox, CRM/databases

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
