To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize effective stock replenishment processes through identification and execution of solutions that will impact positively on shelf availability thereby maximizing turnover.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating all replenishment & promo queries from stores.

Ensuring prompt execution within timelines

Facilitate coaching & training Drive and enforce replenishment disciplines

Co-ordinate Fresh & Groceries store comms & promotional planning tools

Co-ordinate store openings, revamps & store closures

Manage Franchise store availability & automation

Ensure that all SCP communications go out to the relevant stakeholders and drive action on these communications where necessary

Analysis of various Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting

Maintain and build interdivisional relationships for better understanding, oversight and reach

Ad hoc Project Management

Minimum Requirements:

BCOM Retail Business Management

SAP experience

1-2 years retail experience

1-2 years relevant planning/product management experience

Mathematics in matric

Minimum Intermediate Excel Skills

Current Drivers Licence, minimum code 08 Ability to travel
