Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The role for Frontline Support:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Promptly receive clients and provide operational or sales support as required.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space.
  • Support client queries

The role of a Sales support:

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all the training products to Support clients with course information, quote and support with the enrollment process
  • Capturing of sales leads on the database management system
  • Assist with the sales process: Sales appointments, consultations & enrolments
  • Work at sales events to support the sales team
  • Cold calling/ frequent contact with the database for all divisions
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and manage customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer
experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales support.

Competencies:

  • Customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
