Duties and Responsibilities:
- The role for Frontline Support:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Promptly receive clients and provide operational or sales support as required.
- Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space.
- Support client queries
The role of a Sales support:
- Have a thorough knowledge of all the training products to Support clients with course information, quote and support with the enrollment process
- Capturing of sales leads on the database management system
- Assist with the sales process: Sales appointments, consultations & enrolments
- Work at sales events to support the sales team
- Cold calling/ frequent contact with the database for all divisions
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales support.
Competencies:
- Customer focus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
