Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales experience within the education environment
  • A high level of problem solving ability this positions requires a Solution Selling approach
  • High energy and personable with excellent ability to build relationships with clients
  • Assertive and confident without being confrontational
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
  • Intermediate or higher computer skills
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, QuickBooks
  • An understanding or experience within the Supply Chain Management environment; warehousing and inventory control, production management, procurement, operational control would be an advantage.

About the role:

  • Discussing and identifying skills problem areas with clients and providing possible solutions
  • Preparing proposals to meet client needs
  • Building partnering relationships with clients nationally and closing sales
  • Client visitation
  • Cold calling and creating awareness about products
  • Providing input to Marketing regarding sales and marketing material
  • Forecast reporting and management
  • Managing client records and contact information

Key Performance Areas:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Actively build strategic Corporate Relationships and design a strategy to achieve sales target
  • Provide accurate and validated Sales Funnel Reporting on a weekly basis
  • Preparation of quotations and proposals
  • Develop and document short term, medium term and long term plans for Sales functions
  • Sales growth provide sales forecasts and ensure growth of sales for the company
  • Identify and profile customer base for the purpose of targeting selected industries and areas in marketing campaigns
  • Be aware of where to access Public Sector Tenders and review them with a view to presenting a proposal
  • Cold calling on potential customers to introduce BIZZCO service offering telephonically
  • Make regular visits to clients
  • Keep up to date information on all client activities on Advantage

Location & Other requirements:

  • Remote employment, with weekly inperson meetings with team and clients
  • Preferably lives in the East Rand area
  • Own suitable space to work in
  • Own transport
  • Uncapped internet connection
